LIMITED WARRANTY
SELLER WARRANTS THAT THE PRODUCT SOLD WILL CONFORM TO THE SPECIFICATIONS FURNISHED BY THE PURCHASER (EXCEPT AS THE SAME MAY BE MODIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES) AND WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE CONDITIONED UPON PROPER STORAGE, INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE, AND DOCUMENTATION THEREOF, CONFORMANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE RECOlvlMENDATIONS OF THE SELLER AND CONFORMANCE WITH APPLICABLE IEEE, ANSI, ASTM AND OSHA STANDARDS.
SELLER’S EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR, OR AT ITS OPTION, TO DELIVER TO PURCHASER A SUFFICIENT QUANTITY OF PRODUCT TO REPLACE ANY PRODUCT WHICH PROVES DEFECTIVE WITHIN 40 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT OR LIFESPAN OF THE BULB OF 50,000 HOURS (DEPENDENT UPON BELOW CRITERIA) PROVIDED THAT THE PURCHASER GIVES SELLER PROMPT WRITTEN NOTICE (AND IN NO EVENT LATER THAN 30 DAYS), AND SATISFACTORY PROOF OF SUCH DEFECT AND, AT SELLER’S OPTION AFFORDS REPRESENTATIVE OF OF SELLER THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXAMINE AND INSPECT THE PRODUCT AT THE JOBSITE AND TO REMOVE REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLES FOR TESTING, AND REVIEW ALL DOCUMENTATION OF INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE.
THE WARRANTY COVERING THE PORTION OF THE PRODUCT REPAIRED OR REPLACED BY SELLER UNDER THE ABOVE CONDITIONS SHALL BE REINSTATED FOR A PRORATED PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED 40 YEARS FROM THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT SHIPMENT DATE OR OVERALL LIFESPAN OF THE 50,000 HOUR DIODE USAGE.
THE FOREGOING OBLIGATIONS ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE. ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN FACT OR BY LAWARE DISCLAIMED BY SELLER AND EXCLUDED. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY SETS FORTH SELLER’S ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY AND BUYER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM OF DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR FURNISHING OF GOODS OR PARTS, THEIR DESIGN, SUITABILITY FOR USE, INSTALLATION OR OPERATION.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SELLER WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE OF PURCHASER’S FACILITIES, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS AND CLAIMS OF ANY CUSTOMERS OF PURCHASER, AND SELLER’S LIABILITY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL EXCEED THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE GOODS FOR WHICH LIABILITY IS CLAIMED.
MATERIAL AND LABOR WARRANTY
ALL MATERIALS INSTALLED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRIMLIGHT DEALER WILL COME WITH THE ABOVE REFERENCED LIMITED WARRANTY (SEE EXCLUSIONS BELOW) THE FINISH ON ALL ALUMINUM WILL NOT CHIP, PEEL, FLAKE, OR BLISTER UNDER CONDITIONS OF ORDINARY WEAR. ALL WARRANTIES ON THE LIGHT STRINGS AND DIODES ARE SET FORTH AS 50,000 HOURS PER DIODE. LIFE EXPECTANCY OF EACH BULB IS DEPENDANT UPON STANDARD USAGE. ALL AUTHORIZED DEALERS WILL HEREBY TAKE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF INSTALLATION WARRANTIES ANY AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LABOR TO DO SO. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL AUTHORIZED TRIM LIGHT REPRESENTATIVE FOR CLARIFICATION ON LOCAL INSTALLATION WARRANTIES.
THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE, SETTLEMENT, STRUCTURAL SHRINKAGE OR DISTORTION OF THE PROPERTY STRUCTURE, FIRE, LIGHTNING, HURRICANE, TORNADO, WINDSTORM, EARTHQUAKE, HAIL, OR OTHER ACTS OF GOD, DETERIORATION DUE TO AIR
POLLUTION OR CONTACT WITH DISSIMILAR MATERIALS, MISUSE OR ABUSE, VANDALISM, AIRBORNE STAINS, MOLD, MILDEW ACCUMULATION, IMPACT OF FOREIGN OBJECTS, WATER AND ICE DAMAGE.

I love Trimlight!! It's one of the first enhancement/upgrades I did when I purchased my home. Originally, I changed my lighting patterns every month, relying on the pre-loaded options in the app. Then I got creative! Since June is Father's Day, and I'm the mother of two boys, I created a pattern titled June Blues. Now I have customized patterns for different months and occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. It's so much fun and I have the prettiest and most festive home on the block!

Amazing service, amazing company. We LOVE the lights. Playing with them and finding new presets is now my hobby. There was even a little accident with our shingles to no fault of the guys (he tripped, it happens) and they promptly fixed the shingles without question. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants trim lights and never have to put up holiday lights again haha.

Product and service is simply better than the rest. I had to change my home wifi but couldn't get the lights reprogrammed. Contacted Bill at 8PM... he was at my home at 8AM the next morning! Enough said.
He did my mom's house and they look great. He even came back out to swap out a light that went bad the same day I called. I love the feature where in the middle of the night we can have them white for lighting and security purposes. No one wants to break into a house that's lit up. Thank you Bill.

I've wanted these lights for some time and am pleased to say they were installed today. I hope some of my neighbors will install the holiday/security lights on their homes, too. Installation was done on time and there were no surprises or extra charges. Southern Nevada TrimLight is a good company to deal with and I give them 5 stars.

Bill and his crew were great! They showed up on the correct time and date. That seems hard nowadays. The work is amazing and we love our lights. I'm so glad we found Trimlights in Nevada. Installers were professional, thorough, and friendly. It was interesting to see how they worked together to problem solve any issue that arose. Bill was also very patient as he led us through using the app to control the lights and explaining the use of the power converter and computer board installed in the garage.

Excellent Permanent Outdoor Lighting – Highly Recommend! We had Trimlight permanent lighting installed on our home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Bill and his crew installed our lights all around our house last year, and recently came back to repair one light under warranty. From start to finish, the process was painless, the installation was done exceptionally well, and the lights look amazing. Bill made sure to step me through the app and how to work and program the system, and even showed me new hidden features that came out this year. We're 100% satisfied and love our system. We have multiple neighbors who have the same brand and were installed by them as well, and we love when all our neighbors have them on for the various holidays throughout the year. They're especially fun starting in October through the new year. We highly recommend this company if you're looking for permanent lighting that looks great, is programmable, and you can create so many unique and cool sequences and colors. We absolutely love our TrimLights! Installation was quick with the TrimLights powder coating nicely matching the eaves of our house. Initial training on system program was thorough. When we've had questions or issues Bill was extremely responsive and resolved the issue the next day. Ironically...the issue was USER not the system! I've been using Facebook, YouTube and Google to research light patterns for the holidays. There are really great ideas being shared amongst system owners. If you're considering purchasing I highly recommend it. But get on it NOW...Bill books up with all of the installs in time for Christmas.
